Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital guides, downloads, and resources are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Design Services

All interior design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellations requested before the start of a service may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Elegant Living Co.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
